Creative Rehab began in New Philadelphia, Ohio, in the year 2000 once it was realized there was a need for better vocational rehabilitation services. Since our existence, our company has grown in size, services offered, and positive outcomes. Creative Rehab has also expanded to include a total now of 6 Counties in Ohio including Carroll, Holmes, Medina, Stark, Summit, and Tuscarawas counties.
Creative Rehab prides itself on being flexible, and willing to customize our services based on a person’s needs.

Mark Bergert is the President of Creative Rehab and also serves as Divisional Director for Medina and Summit counties. Mark has worked in the Vocational Rehabilitation field since 1994 and has been with Creative Rehab since 2003. Mark has a bachelor’s degree from Bowling Green State University. In addition to management duties, Mark is heavily involved in client intakes, site development, and daily operations of Creative Rehab.
Erica Jones is a Divisional Director with Creative Rehab. Her territory includes: Tuscarawas, Carroll, and Holmes counties.
She has been with Creative Rehab since 2001. She is
dedicated to offering a true work experience to all individuals.
Kelly Witt is the Divisional Director for Stark county, having
been with the company since 2006. Originally hired in as a
Job Coach, she has taken on various roles within the
company and continues to work with clients throughout
Stark county. Kelly graduated with honors from Kent State University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology.
Nikki Farnsworth is the Billing Specialist for the company and
has been with Creative Rehab since 2009. She appreciates the opportunity to be part of a company that focuses on servicing
the community and enhancing the lives of others.
Lori Peters-McCracken is a Job Developer and Job Coach in Medina County and has been with Creative Rehab since 2018. Lori has worked in higher education for over 25 years in areas which include: student advising, career services and workforce development. She currently teaches in the Social Sciences and Human Services Department at Lorain County Community College. Lori earned her bachelor's degree in marketing management and her master's degree in counseling and
higher education from Youngstown State University.
Creative Rehab also employs 20+ coaches to cover 6
counties. Our diverse coaching staff are highly versatile,
and often have an education and/or background of
working with people with disabilities. They take pride
in serving our clients and our community.
Gary Breen is a Job Developer and has been
with Creative Rehab since 2013. Gary retired from
teaching after 37 years with the Plain Local Schools.
Gary has a bachelor's degree from Malone University
and a master's degree from The University of Akron.
James Lee, after serving for 40 years in ministry, began
working part-time for Creative Rehab as a Job Coach in 2008.
In 2015, James was promoted to Job Developer. James
currently works with individuals in Stark county.
Allison Huntsman is a Job Coach and Job Developer for
Creative Rehab, having been with the company since 2016. Allison has a bachelor's degree from Mount Union College
and a master's degree from Walden University. Previous to working with Creative Rehab, she was in the education field working with a variety of students. Her passion is to help individuals overcome barriers and reach their full potential.
Anthony (AJ) Harris
AJ Harris is a Job Developer in Summit County and has
been with Creative Rehab since 2018. AJ has a bachelor's degree from Miami University and is currently pursuing his master's degree in education at Walsh University. Before
working with Creative Rehab, AJ taught for Akron Public
Schools as a long-term substitute teacher.
Daniela Sankovic is a Job Developer in Summit County and has been with Creative Rehab since 2018. Daniela has experience
in mental health case management, U.S. Armed Forces case management, human resource management and recruiting,
as well as job coaching experience. Daniela has a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, master’s degree in psychology, and doctorate degree in business administration and criminal
justice. Daniela can also translate for Serbian, Croatian,
Bosnian, Macedonian and Slovenian languages.
